Revenue Operations & CRM Consulting

Your CRM should give you
numbers you can trust.

I’m Ian Miclean. I fix the backend systems that keep sales and marketing aligned: HubSpot and ServiceTitan architecture, lead scoring and routing, call tracking, and attribution. Most companies are paying for powerful tools and getting a fraction of the value, because the data inside them is a mess. That is the problem I solve.

Plate 01 — What I do

Four kinds of mess I clean up

CRM cleanup & governance

Duplicate records, junk fields, everyone a super admin. I rebuild the database, set record standards, and put role-based permissions in place so it stays clean.

Lead scoring & lifecycle

Every contact labeled a “lead” and none of them followed up. I build behavior-based lifecycle stages and scoring models that route warm prospects to a real salesperson automatically.

Attribution & call tracking

Ad platforms optimizing on junk data, phone numbers mapped to the wrong campaigns. I rebuild source tracking so every lead traces to the channel that produced it.

Reporting leadership trusts

Dashboards nobody believes. I build the reporting layer that tells you whether a shortfall is a marketing problem or a sales problem, so goal setting stops being guesswork.

The work, documented

HubSpot

From contact database to revenue engine

A 20-person marketing agency was paying for a high tier of HubSpot and using it as a contact database. Six months later: scoring, lifecycle stages, and an 80% increase in Sales Qualified Leads.

ServiceTitan

700 tracking numbers down to 100

A $20M home services company was spending up to $300K a month on ads with no reliable attribution. Rebuilt tracking cut blended CPA from $123 to $69 while lead volume held steady.

A systems thinker in a vibes industry

I spent seven years in marketing before moving fully into revenue operations. The pattern behind all my best work was the same: someone’s tools were lying to them, and once the data got fixed, the decisions got easy. I like building the systems that make that happen.
